All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. The Site is powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make is made directly with Pawluxia, and Shopify is not a party to the sale. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale, including any injury, damage or loss arising from purchased products.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Site or any person. This includes transmitting malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or infringing the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
