A Calmer, Happier Dog

A tired dog is a happy dog. Even on the days you can't walk far.

Dogs don't get bored the way we think. They get busy — chewing the skirting board, barking at the window, wolfing down dinner in 20 seconds and looking at you like they're still hungry. It's not bad behaviour. It's an under-stimulated mind looking for something to do.

Does this sound like your dog?

Eats so fast they cough, gag or throw up right after meals.
Follows you from room to room, restless, while you're trying to work.
Chews, digs or barks when left alone — the classic signs of boredom and mild anxiety.

Here's the good news: the fix isn't more walking. It's sniffing.

Why sniffing is the cheat code

Using their nose is how dogs were built to work. In fact, 10 minutes of focused sniffing can tire a dog out as much as about an hour of walking. That's why a snuffle mat — a soft fleece mat you hide treats and kibble inside — is one of the highest-value things you can give an energetic or anxious dog.

Meet the Pawluxia Snuffle Mat

Slows down eating — turns a 20-second meal into a 10-minute foraging game, helping prevent bloating, gagging and indigestion.
Calms an anxious mind — focused sniffing releases calm and burns mental energy.
Fights boredom — gives your dog a job to do, instead of finding their own (your couch).
Non-slip suction base — stays put on hard floors while they work.
Machine washable — because treats get messy.
48 × 48 cm — a generous foraging area for dogs and cats of all sizes.
