Pawluxia currently ships to delivery addresses within Australia.
Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: A$15
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders of A$100 or more
The final shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your order.
Order updates and tracking
We start processing an order after checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email. When a tracking link is available for your shipment, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking scans can take time to appear or update.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier operations and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimate is a guide only and is not a guaranteed delivery date. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed.
